Welcome to Aberbran Fawr Campsite, Brecon; a quiet, peaceful, family campsite set in four acres with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. It offers the perfect caravanning and camping experience for all ages within the heart of the Brecon Beacons.
A fantastic place for a relaxing break or an activity holiday, with superb walking, mountain biking, horse riding trails, waterfall trails, caving, forests and an historic canal walk plus pubs & towns full of character with farmers markets and Michelin-starred restaurants, Aberbran Fawr is the place to stay.
Location
Aberbran Fawr Campsite is situated 3 miles from the historic market town of Brecon just off the A40 and adjacent to the River Usk.

Riverbank
Our main field has 22 pitches, 7 with electric points and 15 non electric and is suitable for Caravans and Tents.
Shower and toilet facilities available, including family/disabled room with ramp access from road, also a washroom for camp cooking utensils with hot and cold water.
A play area for the children so you can sit back and relax and enjoy the scenery and company of others..
The campsite is adjacent to the River Usk.
Meadow
The Meadow has 25 pitches non electric and is suitable for camping

A play area for the children so you can sit back and relax and enjoy the scenery and company of others..

Nice site. Excellent communication from owners. Good facilities with walks and cycling. Easy access to Brecon and park.
Really quiet as set down from the road, just running river water at night and starry skies. A return visit and will be back.
This is the 2nd time we have visited this campsite and both times weve been made to feel like part of the family.
Situated 4 miles outside breacon town it is an ideal family holiday camp or for a hiking holiday. Will definatly be back next year
Had a lovely weekend at Aberbran Fawr site... welcomed by hosts and was shown to our pitch...very friendly hosts ...
shower and toilets very clean...not far from Brecon town where daughter had a competition on the Saturday...
kids swam in river every day and made new friends...enjoyed sooo much we stayed an extra night..

From mid June through to August we open for Pick your Own fruit and vegetables including strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, gooseberries, broad-beans, peas and potatoes along with free range eggs and home made jams (when available).
